Meneez Foods works with selected Egyptian supply partners for fresh produce and IQF products supplied to Europe. We support buyers with clear product specifications and supplier documentation before commitment.
Certified Supply Partners
Some selected partners hold recognized food safety and quality standards such as GLOBALG.A.P., GRASP, SPRING, IFS Food, BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, EU Organic and SMETA.
Certification status depends on the supplier and product. Relevant documents are shared with qualified buyers when they apply to the product under discussion.
Product Documents
Buyers can request product details before supply is confirmed. This can include variety, size, class, packing, volume, season, origin and supplier documents.
Shipment Documents
Shipment documents are handled per confirmed order. The document set depends on the product, supplier, buyer and destination market.
It usually includes:
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of origin
- Packing list
- Commercial invoice
- Product specification
- Supplier documents where relevant
These documents are shared privately because they include buyer details, shipment details and commercial information.
Residue & Traceability
Residue control and traceability are handled per product and shipment. Meneez Foods helps buyers review batch details and residue expectations before supply is confirmed.
